How To Repair Battery On Dv6 6000 Motherboard

Hi,
I have HP DV 6000 laptop that had a bad video chip. And then, I got a make new mother board and replaced it. I tin can't go it to kicking up. I double checked everything twice and when I turn on the power I see the lights come on; the fan starts upwardly for about two seconds and then stops. I do here 2 very depression short beeps. Can someone assist me out here

I would reseat the ram; are yous sure the power supply is good?

Already checked out the ram by testing information technology in my brothers laptop and yeah the ability supply is adept. I am thinking I got a lacking board. Is that a common trouble?
