Google Co-Founder Larry Page Steps Down as Alphabet CEO
21 years later on founding Google as Stanford students, Larry Page and Sergey Brin have decided to footstep down as CEO and President of Google's parent company, Alphabet, leaving current Google CEO Sundar Pichai at the helm of both Alphabet and Google.
Page and Brin fabricated the announcement in a blog posted to the official Google Blog, saying "Today, in 2019, if the visitor was a person, it would be a young adult of 21 and it would be time to leave the roost.
